CTF Alberta Director Scott Hennig squares off with Parkland Institute spokesperson Diana Gibson on reducing the Alberta government's dependence on resource revenues. Scott says Alberta has the second highest per capita government spending of any province in Canada and must reduce its spending. Gibson says the government must reduce its dependence by increasing personal taxes. She then insists the Alberta government isn't spending enough and must increase its spending and taxes.
